This appeal was admitted on 21.5.2009. Balance court fee has not been paid so far in spite of repeated postings before the Registrar. Even today, learned counsel for the appellant says that they want to send a registered letter to the party. Whatever that be, the fact remains that balance court fee is not paid within a reasonable time. The appeal is hence rejected. Refund the court fee already paid.
