Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter is settled between the parties before the Adalath and hence, the attachment ordered by this Court may be lifted. In fact, the Adalath itself has directed lifting of attachment. We notice the report of the registry, wherein it is stated that the attachment was not lifted. Therefore, attachment ordered in I.A.850/09 will stand lifted.
The appeal is closed.
