When this appeal was taken up for consideration in the morning, neither the appellant nor his counsel was present. The case was again taken up in the afternoon. Even now the appellant and counsel are absent.
When the case was taken up on 25th and 26th of May 2011 also, there was no representation for the appellant.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
