The claimants are the appellants. Sri.B.Suresh Kumar,
the learned counsel for the appellants very fairly draws our attention to our own judgment in L.A.A.1329/10 and L.A.A.234/11. According to us, in view of those judgments,
the present appeal is not maintainable. We reject the appeal
in limine. Registry will refund the full court fee remitted presently on the appeal memorandum to the counsel for the appellants.
