Cochin Refineries Ltd., the Requisitioning Authority is in appeal. Under the impugned judgment the Reference Court refixed the value of the lands for which the L.A.Officer awarded the rate of Rs.2,600/- per Are and Rs.4,300/- per Are respectively at Rs.4,312/- per Are and Rs.7,138/- per Are. We have reason to believe that the enhanced rates awarded under the impugned judgment has been approved by this Court.
However, in the absence of the learned counsel for the appellant, we dismiss the appeal only for default.
