This appeal is preferred by the requisitioning authority M/s.Inland Waterways Authority of India against the award of compensation by the Reference Court in a case pertaining to acquisition of land in Chavara village.
The appeal will stand dismissed in limine. However, we
make it clear that this judgment will not stand in the way of the appellants raising contentions on all grounds available to them
