We have today as per judgment in L.A.A.1128 and L.A.A.1215 of 2007 approved the land value refixed by the Reference Court in respect of the land described as “Chira” at 50% above the land value fixed by the L.A.Officer. The land acquired in this case described as “Chira” is an identical land acquired for the same purpose and covered by the same notification.
Hence, we find no merit in this appeal, it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
