This petition is to quash proceedings against petitioners on the strength of a settlement reached with respondents 1 to 4. The offences alleged are punishable under Secs.420, 120B, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474 r/w Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the circumstances stated, petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the right of petitioners to file fresh petition after making necessary arrangement so far as the allegedly forged documents are concerned.

Accordingly this criminal miscellaneous case is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of petitioners to file fresh application as above stated.
