ORDER
Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.637 of 2003 of Pathanamthitta Police Station and C.C.No.112 of 2004 of the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pathanamthitta for offences punishable under Section 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of alleged forgery of RC books and making others to believe that it is genuine. It is alleged that petitioner was arrested on 26.10.2003 with various RC books which did not contain the seal of the Government and the columns of which were found blank. Final report is under challenge in this proceeding.
Resultantly this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed.
