Petitioner is the first accused in CC.4878/09 of JFCM, Irinjalakkuda. The offence alleged against him is under Section 498A r/w 34 IPC. The first respondent is the complainant therein. She is represented in this court by her counsel. Affidavit has been filed by her stating that the matter has already been amicably settled out of court and she has no further grievance in the matter. In the light of the settlement arrived at this petition is allowed and further proceedings in CC.4878/09 of JFCM, Irinjalakkuda is quashed.
