JUDGMENT
It is submitted that against the judgment in W.P.(C) No.35032 of 2010, W.A.No.348 of 2011 was filed. Several other Writ Appeals were also filed against the judgments which were referred to in the judgment in W.P(C) No.35032 of 2010. The Division Bench passed the following order on 5.4.2011 in those Writ Appeals:
“Notice on the delay condonation petition as well as in the Writ Appeals and Review Petitions. There will be a stay against further proceedings in the contempt cases and also against the implementation of the judgment under review. There will also be a stay against the withdrawal of benefits either by way of recovery or reversal of benefits already granted until disposal of these appeals.”
In view of the order passed by the Division Bench, the
