JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submitted that
the directions in the judgment have been complied
with and an affidavit is filed stating so. It is
submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
that in view of the submission made by the learned
Government Pleader, the Contempt Case may be
closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach
this court again as and when required.
With the above observations, the Contempt Case
