Complaining of non compliance with the directions in Annexure 2 judgment in WP(C) No. 16879/2010, this petition has been filed. On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that the directions in the judgment have been complied with and order dated 20/4/2011 has been issued terminating the services of the petitioner.
Now that such a submission has been made, the contempt petition is only to be closed and I do so.
