Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that
challenging the judgment in W.P.(C) No.20953 of 2009, the State filed Writ Appeal No.3 of 2011. In view of the pendency of the Writ Appeal, I do not think that the Contempt Case can be proceeded with. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when it becomes necessary.
