Petitioner, who is the 1st accused in Crime No.313/2011 of Pathanapuram Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376 and 326 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks his enlargement on bail. The occurrence took place on 13.03.2011. The petitioner was arrested on 17.03.2011.
This petition is accordingly dismissed.
