Petitioner, who is the fifth accused in Crime No.129 of 2010 of Kunnamangalam Police Station, Kozhikode for offences punishable under Sections 394, 120(b), 109 and 411 read with Section 34 I.P.C., seeks his enlargement on bail. The occurrence took place on 12.04.2010. The petitioner was arrested on 10.07.2010.
