The limited plea in this writ petition is that the administrator should not induct new members to the society. Interim order which was granted to that effect
on 12-03-2007. With the passage of time, the administrator has vacated the office following the election to the Board. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition and is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
