JUDGMENT

Adv.Abraham John, who appears for the petitioner as well as Adv.R.Krishna Kumar who appears for the first respondent submits that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court. The petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- as compensation to the first respondent in full and final settlement of all his claims against the first respondent. The amount of Rs.20,000/- mentioned above shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner shall also pay arrears of three months pay to be made under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act. The said payment will also be made within a period of two weeks. The first respondent has agreed to forgo his claim for reinstatement by receiving the amounts referred to above. This writ petition is disposed of recording the terms of compromise referred to above.
