JUDGMENT
In this writ petition, notices to respondents 3 and 4 have
not been returned after service and notice to the second respondent has been returned unserved with the postal endorsement 'no such addressee'. Despite notification of the defect, the same has not been cured. Therefore, the matter was posted before the Registrar (Judicial) for defects on 15.11.2010. On that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. The defect has also not been cured. That is why the matter is posted before this Court in the defect list today. Today, when the matter was taken up, none appears for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
