J U D G M E N T
Certain amounts have been withheld by the respondents from the petitioner's DCRG. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. The petitioner has filed Ext. P10 appeal in this regard to the 1st respondent against the liability fixed by Ext. P9 liability certificate. Presently, the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P10 expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P10 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
