J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned proceedings have already been subjected to challenge by filing Ext.P4 Revision Petition before the additional 4^th respondent and that the same is pending consideration along with the I.A. for stay filed therewith.

After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that the matter could be disposed of without entering into the merits, but for directing the additional 4^th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the statutory Revision Petition as borne by Ext.P4.

Accordingly, the additional 4^th respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment; of course after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is made clear that till such appropriate orders are passed on Ext.P4, all further coercive proceedings stated as being pursued against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
