J U D G M E N T

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the dispute raised by the petitioner is with regard to the drawing of electric line through his property which could be caused, to be referred to the concerned Additional District Magistrate who is having jurisdiction over the area.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to cause the reference within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. On causing the reference as above, the Additional District Magistrate shall consider the matter and finalise the same by passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of

six weeks thereafter. It is made clear that, the steps to draw the line by the respondents will be subject to the orders to be passed by the Additional District Magistrate, who is impleaded suo motu as the additional 6^th respondent and the learned Government Pleader has entered appearance on his behalf.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this Judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition before the additional 6^th respondent (Additional District Magistrate) for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, as above.
