The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 application preferred by the petitioner for re-valuation of some of the answer papers in respect of 7^th Semester Supplementary Examination of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Degree course under the respondents-University is not acted upon, which is

causing serious loss and hardship to the petitioner.

Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-University as well.

¶24

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts. P1 application for re-valuation, submitted by the petitioner and communicate the outcome, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
