The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:
i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate, effective and meaningful protection to the petitioner to carryout the construction of the apartments, as per Exhibit P1 building permit, without any threat from the respondents 3 and 4 and men acting under them, forthwith.
