This is a Writ Petition where the complaint is against the alleged harassment against the petitioner in the issue relating to the appointment of an Arabic Teacher (Addl. Third respondent). A direction also is sought to dispose of Ext.P1 request. We have issued notice to the additional third respondent who is the Teacher concerned in regard to whom the complaint of harassment by the police has been raised by the petitioner. Though served, there is no appearance. Learned Government Pleader submits that there will be no interference by the police unless it is necessitated by any change in the circumstances warranting interference by the police
