The petitioner was a Lower Division Clerk in the M.E.S. College, Nedumkandam, under the management of the 5th respondent. The petitioner has filed Ext.P16 review petition before the Government against Ext.P14 order, whereby the petitioner has been reverted as L.D.Typist. The petitioner now confines his relief for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P16 expeditiously.
