A joint compromise petition is filed pursuant to the efforts of the Mediator. We take note of the said petition and dispose of the Writ Petition on the said basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no further claim on the second respondent and we record the said submission. Petitioner and the second respondent will pay a sum of Rs.10,000/= (Rupees Ten Thousand) each to the Mediator within three weeks from today.
