The petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment by the police officials.
petitioner is living with his family and aged parents. He was working abroad from 2005 to 2007. Thereafter he returned to his native place and now he is working in different temples as 'santhi'. The 4th respondent had received Rs.50,000/- from the petitioner promising to secure a job visa at Gulf. Due to the nonissuance of VISA, there are disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The petitioner filed a complaint against the 4th respondent before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chengannur

under Section 420 I.P.C. A crime was registered against the 4th respondent, who is a highly influential person. He filed a false complaint before the Chengannur Police Station against the petitioner. The second respondent and his party came to the house of the petitioner and threatened him and his aged parents.
