protection. The prayer in the writ petition reads as under:
“to issue a writ of mandamus or order or direction directing respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate, effective and meaningful protection to the petitioner to park his auto bearing registration number KL-60A 7928 at Cheemeni and to operate from there.”
heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. Though served, there is no appearance for the party respondent. In such circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition by making the interim order absolute.
