The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to respondents 1 to 5 not to harass or interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family members upon
the complaints filed by the 6th respondent.
He would submit that complaints have been filed by the 6th respondent before various authorities against the petitioner, which are being forwarded to the police authorities and all that the official respondents are doing is only conducting the enquiry. There will be no harassment other than lawful enquiry, it is submitted. In view of the age of the petitioner,

the learned Government Pleader would submit that if there is necessity to question the petitioner, they will do it at his residence.
