J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the Principal of the Rajarshi Memorial Higher Secondary School, Aloor. This writ petition has been filed mainly with the following prayers:-
(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to direct the 4th respondent Teacher-in-charge to take steps to amend the byelaw to include the 'Higher Secondary Section also in the byelaw and to show the Principal of the Higher Secondary School Section as the person in Management of the School;
(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, direction the 1st respondent DEO to direct the 4th respondent to comply with the direction issued as per Ext.P4 and in the event of failure to do so to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for noncompliance of the Department's directions
