Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police
protection. The prayer in the writ petition is as follows:
“to afford effective and sufficient police protection to the lives and limbs of the petitioner and her family till the final disposal of this writ petition (civil).”
her family members. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 7th respondent. Learned counsel for the party respondents denied the allegations and submitted that the party respondents have no intention to cause any attack on the petitioner or the family members of the petitioner. We record the said submission. In view of the apprehension and registering of crimes we dispose of the writ petition by making the interim order absolute.
