The petitioner is a Medical Officer working under a project of the National Rural Health Mission under the Arogya Keralam project, sponsored by the Central Government. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that the petitioner is not being paid Difficult Rural Area allowance of 5,000/- per month due to him as per his service conditions. The learned Standing counsel for the second respondent produces before me an order dated 04-10-2010 whereby the Difficult Rural Area allowance was sanctioned to the petitioner. In view of the said order this writ petition is closed.
