This is an appeal arising out of a common judgment dated 19.08.2010. Admittedly 14 writ petitions were disposed of by the abovementioned common judgment. Aggrieved by the same judgment, four of the writ petitioners therein had earlier approached this Court by way of W.A. Nos.1468, 1576, 1579 and 1589 of 2010 and those writ appeals were dismissed by a common judgment dated 17.09.2010 by a Division Bench of this Court. In the circumstances for the same reasons given by the Division Bench in its judgment dated 17.09.2010 (supra), this appeal is also dismissed.
It is brought to our notice that some of the contentions raised in the other four appeals were not taken in the instant writ appeal but only one of the contentions raised in those writ appeals is raised in the instant appeal. We therefore make it clear that the reasons assigned in the other batch of
