O R D E R
This Review Petition is filed by respondents 1 and 2
in the Writ Petition. In the judgment, this Court in paragraph No.6 directed that in terms of the decision taken in Exhibit P3, the 1st respondent will complete the construction within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of the judgment. The constructions mentioned therein is regarding a compound wall upto a length of 25 metres which was existing on the eastern side of the property of the writ petitioner. It was demolished at the instance of the Corporation for strengthening the existing drain and for reconstructing the damaged covering slabs. Exhibit P3 is the minutes of the meeting of the Standing Committee convened on 5.2.2010.

compound wall as some people in the locality have objected the same stating that the construction if effected will be on a portion of a purambokku land. Reliance is placed on Annexure-I letter dt.6.7.2010 from the Taluk Surveyor.
In that view of the matter, the Review Petition is dismissed.
