The writ petition was disposed of by judgment dated 19/03/2010 recording the submission made on behalf of the 1^st respondent that it will be open to the petitioner College to make applications to the Government of India for approval in respect of the academic year 2008-09. It is stated that in pursuance to the directions in the judgment, application was made and approval has been granted.

In this review petition, what is stated is that the 5^th respondent herein has withheld the results of the examinations written by the students, who were admitted in the academic year 2008-09 for want of approval of the Government of India, and that taking into account the fact that approval has now been granted, the respondent University should be directed to declare the results of the students.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

also learned counsel appearing for the respondent University, I feel that if the petitioner College has now obtained approval of the Government of India, the respondent University should declare the results of the concerned students, if there was no other reason for withholding their results.

In view of the above, it is directed that on the production of a copy of the order of the Government of India granting approval for the students admitted during the academic year 2008-09, the respondent University shall declare the results, which are now withheld by them, provided there was no other reason for withholding their results.

It is also directed that in the event of the delayed declaration of results in the manner as directed above, once the results are declared, if any application is made by any student for revaluation

of the answer papers, the same will be entertained by the respondent University and needful shall be done, provided such applications are received within five days of declaration of results as above.

With this clarification, this review petition is disposed of.
