Heard. I find no ground to review the Order dated December 17, 2009. Hence, review petition is dismissed.
The standing counsel of KSEB submitted that in paragraph 4 of the Order it is stated that “Counsel for the KSEB submitted that they have no objection in granting interest at the rate claimed by the revision petitioner” , that he has not made such a submission and that therefore the said sentence may be deleted. The counsel for revision petitioner has no objection for the same. Therefore, In paragraph 4 of the Order the sentence “ Counsel for the KSEB submitted that they have no objection in granting interest at the rate claimed by the revision petitioner. ” is hereby deleted.
Issue corrected copy of the Order.
