O R D E R
This review petition is filed by the State seeking review of my judgment dated 06.07.2009 in W.P.(C) No.6530/2007. By the I.A. they seek permission to withdraw the same without prejudice to their right to file a fresh one. The reasons stated is that certain mistake have occurred in the review petition and proper pleadings are not placed on record in respect of the same as directed by the Division Bench.
Heard.
I.A. is allowed and the review petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh one. But I make it clear that I have not considered the admissibility of the review petition on merit and this order is passed solely on the request of the Government Pleader.
