JUDGMENT
Basant, J.
The parties have settled their disputes, the terms of which were reported to us and incorporated by separate order dated 03.12.2010. We are informed today that all disputes connected with this O.P(F.C) has been settled. Both counsel pray that, in these circumstances, Ext.P9 order may be set aside and I.A.No.1905 of 2010 pending before the court below may be
dismissed. We accept the said request.
b) Settlement between the parties is accepted. Ext.P9 order is set aside;
c) I.A.No.1905 OF 2010 pending before the Family Court, Kozhikode, shall hence stand dismissed.
