These appeals and RPFC have come up at the request of the parties. The parties have settled all their outstanding disputes. All the petitions, i.e. I.A.No.3250 of 2010, I.A.No. 3249 of 2010 and Crl.M.A. No.11396 of 2010 have been filed for permission to withdraw the MAT Appeals/RPFC. Parties have settled their disputes and a copy of that settlement deed is also produced as Annexure-I in MAT Appeal No.701/2008. Both counsel submit that as the parties have settled their disputes, these MAT appeals may now be dismissed and proceedings in the RPFC may be closed. We have perused the Revision Petition and the impugned order. We are satisfied that the prayer of the petitioners can be

accepted.
In the result,
a) MAT Appeal No.701/2008 is dismissed as
withdrawn.
b) MAT Appeal No.812/2009 is dismissed as
withdrawn.
c) RPFC No.386/2009 is dismissed as we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order on merits in the wake of the submission of the petitioners that they do not want to challenge the order.
