The acquisition in this case is for the purpose of Indian Oil Corporation. It is submitted by both sides that a batch of appeals covered by the very same Section 4(1) notification, published on 19.12.1994 was dismissed by a common judgment in LAA No.132/2003 and connected cased dated 16.06.2004. Exhibit A1 judgment relied on in the impugned award has already been upheld by the said judgment. Hence it is conceded that the appeal can be closed in view of the above said judgment. Accordingly appeal is closed.
