This is an appeal by the requisitioning authority and the case pertains to acquisition of land in Kondotty Village for the purpose of expansion of runway of the Karipoor Airport. We notice that the issue raised by the requisitioning authority in this appeal is already covered against that authority by the common judgment of this Court in L.A.A.No.911/2003 and connected cases. Hence, we dismiss the appeal, however, without any order as to costs.
