Police Station for the offences under
Sections 294(b), 427 and 308 of Indian
Penal Code, was produced before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam.
Crl.M.P.1439/2010 was filed by the petitioner under Section 451 of Code of Criminal Procedure, claiming to be the registered owner, for interim custody. By
order dated 16/9/2010 petition was dismissed. This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the impugned order and to get the interim custody of the vehicle.
