The complaint of the petitioner is that direction in Annexure I judgment that orders shall be passed on the application made by the petitioner for Leave without Allowance has not been complied with.
that, on receipt of the application from the petitioner, the same has been forwarded to the Government on 19/3/2010, and that, it is for the Government to pass final orders in the matter. Thus, respondent cannot be faulted for any violation of the directions in Annexure I judgment.
Contempt petition is closed.
