The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the directions contained in the verdicts passed in the W.P(C) 18037 of 2006 and the W.A. No. 352 of 2008 have already been complied with and that the petitioner can work out the remedies in respect of the subsisting grievance, if any, by way of appropriate proceedings.
In the above circumstances, we do not find it necessary to proceed with any further steps. Accordingly, the submission as above is recorded and the contempt matter is closed.
