The learned counsel appearing on either side agree that the directions issued by this Court in Annexure- A judgment in W.P.(C) No.13613 of 2006 have been complied with and that orders to that effect have been issued on 19.7.2010, with the stipulation that the said order will be subject to the outcome of the appeal proposed to be filed before the Apex Court by the Central Board of Excise & Customs. In the light of the admitted fact that the judgment of this Court has been complied with, we find no grounds to keep this contempt case pending. It is accordingly closed.
