This Contempt of Court Case has been filed alleging non-compliance with the direction in the judgment dated 01-022010 in W.P.(C) No.3185/2010. When this matter is taken up for admission today, the learned Government Pleader submitted that based on the direction in the said judgment, orders have been issued on Ext.P3 and accordingly the petitioner has been given a posting in Sub Treasury, Chalakkudy. Recording the said submission, this Contempt of Court Case is closed.
