J U D G M E N T
This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance with
Annexure 1 order directing payment of wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act to the petitioner by the respondent. The respondent is present today in person. It is submitted by the respondent before me that the entire arrears due as per Annexure I order have already been paid, which is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. The respondent undertakes to continue to pay 17B wages promptly every month as directed in Annexure 1 order, without fail. This undertaking is recorded and the contempt case is closed.
