The 3^rd respondent has filed an affidavit expressing unconditional apology for his action in issuing Annexure I notice to the petitioner in violation of the orders of this Court. He now produces a copy of the letter dated 28.6.2010 issued to the petitioner withdrawing Annexure I notice. In view of the above circumstances, accepting the apology contained in the affidavit, I drop further proceedings in the contempt case. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed.
