JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader on written instructions submitted that the salary, at higher rate of pay consequent on sanctioning of UGC scale, will be admitted from 12/2009 onwards and the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received the current salary at the above scale. It is also submitted by the Government Pleader that arrears of D.A based upon the revised scale of pay will be given without much delay.
Recording the above submission, this proceedings is closed.
